Our Current Web
Site Design Packages
If you don't find a package that suits
your needs we are happy to create a custom package for you.
Turn
around time on website design projects depends on client
workload, but is usually within a couple of weeks depending on
your web site requirements. When we prepare your free web
site design quote, we will give you a time frame to complete
your project.
- There
is no fee for initial client consultation.
- Larger
projects will be bid upon and offered at a lower
rate.
What's included in our Website Packages
During the design process you will be
able to view your web site as it takes
shape from any computer with Internet
access. All of our website
packages
include the following:

E-mail/phone
consultation -
Up to 2
hours total general Internet orientation education, marketing strategy,
Web design consultation. Telephone long distance charges are in
addition to package rates quoted. Additional education and consultation
is at our hourly rate.

Words
of text -
supplied by the client.
There is no limit to the amount of text. (WebPages may be subject to
additional fees, especially if they require a great deal of formatting.)

to external pages.
- Custom
Graphics Package
- Masthead graphic on first page (simple custom graphic incorporating
company logo). Top-of-page graphic for all other pages in your website.
Colorful lines and bullets, and colored and textured background.

Photos
and other misc. graphic images
supplied by
client (up to 2 per page in standard websites and "regular" online store
pages, in addition to masthead and top-of-page graphic. (Color originals
larger than 5" x 8" are extra).
- Installation
of webpages on a web hosting
server designated by
Fyr’n Ice Designs.

Minor
updates and changes -
2 Revisions of Page
Format / Content - You can request 2 sets of changes to your web page.
If you have supplied your text unformatted you will probably use one of
your revisions to format the text.
Additional
changes billed at hourly rate. For online stores, this includes only
"regular" pages, not product pages or the ordering system pages.
- Site
publicity
to 40 major
Web search engines and directories, such as Yahoo, AltaVista, InfoSeek,
WebCrawler, Lycos, HotBot, etc.

E-mail
response link
on each
webpage to any e-mail address the client designates.
- Contact
form
- Basic contact form includes up to 10 fields. Not
included in our package price for sites smaller than 3 pages. This is
not included in online stores, since the shopping cart software is a
functional equivalent.
- PDF

Scanning and creation of 1 PDF files (product brochure, for example).

META TAGS
- Appropriate search engine meta tags/keywords are added on each page of
your web site.

Web
Site Content
Our fees are based on you providing your content to us in
electronic format. Written materials may be provided
to us in the body of an email, Microsoft Word, WordPad or
Notepad
format only. There is no limit to the amount of text.
Please ensure that the grammar, syntax and spelling is
correct. Your audience will notice these things and it will
affect the way they think about you.
If you
provide your content in the form of existing manuscripts,
brochures, literature, etc. and you wish to have us process
the information additional fees shall be incurred. Please
note that we will not rewrite and/or edit your existing
materials/information. Your editing, etc. must be done prior
to your submission of your materials. Additional fees shall
apply if we convert printed materials into electronic
format.
Deposit
A deposit (payable in US funds) is required to begin all
website design projects.
